About us

LABORDATA International Materials Testing Institute was founded in 1971. Three years later our Packaging Department developed the first FIBC test equipment and started testing and certifying FIBCs.
Under the direction of Dr. Kielbassa LABORDATA evolved to the best known FIBC test house world wide.

Dr. Kielbassa's professional career:

  • Studies of Civil Engineering at the University of Braunschweig/Germany.
  • Some years of gaining experience in the construction industry.
  • Return to the University of Braunschweig as head of the Soil Mechanics Laboratory.
  • Since 1971 Managing Director of LABORDATA International Materials Testing Institute.
  • Member of national and international Standardization Committees in many fields, of course in the field of packagings and FIBCs.
